How recurring billing works
The monthly plan uses a UPI AutoPay mandate. You approve the mandate once in your UPI app, and the amount shown above is debited automatically each billing cycle. You are notified before each debit by your bank or UPI provider, as required by NPCI rules.
The mandate amount is fixed at the plan price. We cannot debit more than the approved amount. You can revoke the mandate from the CreditSaathi app or directly in your UPI app at any time.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Plan → Cancel plan in the app. No call, no email required. Cancellation stops all future debits; see Refunds & Cancellation for what happens to the current billing period.
Price changes
If we change a plan price, we will notify you in advance and your existing mandate will not be debited at the new price without your consent. Under NPCI rules a new mandate approval is required for any increase.
