Service Delivery Policy

Digital service — nothing is shipped

CreditSaathi is a digital subscription service delivered entirely within the CreditSaathi mobile application. There is no physical product, so no shipping, courier or delivery address is involved.

When access begins

Premium features are unlocked immediately once your payment is authorised and confirmed by our payment partner — normally within a few seconds. If a payment is pending with your bank or UPI provider, access is unlocked as soon as we receive confirmation.

How the service is delivered

• Premium features appear in the app on the account linked to the mobile number used at sign-up.
• Your credit report is fetched from a licensed credit bureau on your consent and displayed in the app.
• Notifications and reminders are delivered to the app and, if you enabled them, by message.

If access does not activate

If your payment succeeded but Premium is not active, first reopen the app and pull down to refresh. If it still does not appear, contact us using the details on the Contact page with your registered mobile number and payment reference. We will restore access or refund the charge in line with our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

The Service is available to users in India. Credit reports are provided by Indian credit bureaus and require an Indian PAN and mobile number.
