Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the CreditSaathi mobile application and website (together, the “Service”), operated by ARHAM FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U66190GJ2026PTC178246), registered at Shop U/8, Upper Ground Floor, Jolly Plaza, Survey No. 528/1-2, Plot 2, Athwa Gate, Surat, Gujarat 395001, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

CreditSaathi provides educational guidance to help you understand and manage your credit. We show your credit information, explain it in your language, and help you prepare disputes and reminders.

CreditSaathi is not a lender, not a credit-repair company, and is not a substitute for professional financial or legal advice. We do not guarantee any change to your credit score. Credit bureaus and lenders decide the outcome of any dispute or application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India, and you must use your own identity details. You may not use the Service on behalf of another person without their lawful authority.

3. Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for any actions you take based on guidance in the app.

4. Credit information and consent

We fetch your credit report from licensed credit bureaus only after you give explicit consent, and only for the purposes shown to you at the time. You can view and revoke consent at any time from your profile. Revoking consent stops future fetches.

5. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Premium features are offered on a paid subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you pay. Recurring plans are collected by UPI AutoPay mandate through our payment partner. You may cancel at any time from the Plan screen in the app; cancellation stops all future debits. Refund terms are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another person’s credit information, interfering with or probing our systems, scraping the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including credit bureaus, payment providers and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data supplied by a credit bureau; disputes about that data are resolved by the bureau under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any credit, lending or financial decision made by you or by a third party. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the latest version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact
